  • You can calibrate your load cells and load cell based measurement systems with our Portable Load Cell Calibration Stand. It measures with a precision of 0.3 % of full scale.
  • Of course, you can also use your existing reference measuring chains and calibrate sensors that are not from burster.
  • To achieve optimal results, you can rely on an extensive range of adapters, centering and force transmission parts.
  • If it is not technically possible, read the measurement data from a sensor and transfer it manually to the supplied evaluation software.
  • Print out your calibration certificate including all relevant information such as Measurement uncertainty from the evaluation software.
  • We will be happy to assist you during commissioning and the first measurements and will provide your employees with comprehensive training.

• FAQ

  1. I already have reference sensors or reference measurement chains. Is there a need to change?
     Never change a winning team! Go ahead and use what you have. If you like the push-of-a-button data acquisition concept, we can also assist you to set this up.
  2. My reference sensor and measurement chains cannot be connected with a laptop. What now?
     It is not a necessity to connect the sensor with a laptop. You can also read your data of whatever indicator you have, plug the values into our Analysis Application and get your calibration certificate with all statistical information on it.
  3. I do not use burster load cells. Does the Portable Load Cell Calibration Stand still work for me?
     Yes, it does! Bear in mind though, you need to center the load cells inside the unit. We have or can provide adapters and parts which can help you achieve that.
  4. I don´t feel comfortable setting up the system myself. Can you come and assist me get to know the process?
     None of us are born genius. We´ll be glad to come by and support you with whatever issues you have. Let us know upfront or call our service department anytime you feel you need a hand.
  5. I have an old laptop. Is this good enough to run the Analysis Application?
     You will need a laptop or PC with Windows 7 or later and Excel 2007 or later. If you want to connect both reference and test sensor you´ll need two USB 2.0 ports.
