Analysis & Supply

Following professional analysis and clarification of final details, you will receive a quotation for your custom OEM sensor.

We employ the latest design, development and analysis tools such as 3D-CAD and finite element methods (FEM) to produce the optimum design for your sensor. We check with you whether our design satisfies all your needs and whether our product can meet all your specifications in terms of measurement parameters, mechanical design and the environment.

Ordering & manufacture

Once you have placed the order and given the go-ahead, series production of your specific sensor can start directly.

The sensors are produced in agreed batch sizes/quantities and tested meticulously prior to on-schedule despatch accompanied by all necessary documentation, including the free test certificate.
